I’m reviewing the LIVS Probiotic Gummies. As advertised, they contain 5 million CFUs of Bacillus Coagulans, which is beneficial for digestive gut health, mood support, and immune boost. They’re all-natural, vegan, and come in a delicious strawberry flavor.I prefer gummy supplements over pills because I’m more likely to take and finish them. Also, in general, gummies get along with my stomach. Fortunately, these LIVS Gummies are gentle on my digestive system. I also appreciate that these are food allergy friendly. I've included a picture of the back label, so you can check ingredients and for allergens yourself. This is always important to my household, because a family member has soy and milk protein food allergies. Some medicines and supplements use food products as binders, so if you have food allergies it's important to check supplements as well.I ordered these gummies to help manage my IBS symptoms. Probiotics help balance gut bacteria. Additionally, I try to eat a Greek yogurt (they also contain probiotics) for breakfast whenever possible. Probiotics are known to alleviate IBS symptoms by reducing bloating, inflammation, and abdominal pain. These LIVS Probiotic Gummies seem to help reduce symptoms, and the strawberry flavor is tasty without being too sweet. The gummies themselves are soft and not too large in size.I don't understand something about these LIVS Probiotic Gummies. There are 44 gummies in a container, but you need to take two as a daily dose. So, this bottle only has a 22-day supply. I’ve never seen a supplement offer a supply of only 22 days. Additionally, at the time of my review in June 2026, the cost of these probiotics is $19.99. Considering the price, which is on the higher end (nearly a dollar a day), I would expect at least a full-month supply. For this reason, I’m deducting a star from my review.

I usually feel heavy after eating, but these made a difference after a couple of weeks. Not immediate, but noticeable.
